The Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee will hold a confirmation hearing today, June 8, 2017 beginning at 10:00am EDT.

“We strongly encourage the Senate Commerce Committee to favorably report out the nomination of David Redl as the next NTIA Administrator. Mr. Redl’s vast experiences as a staff member at the FCC, in Congress, and in the private sector will help guide the NTIA to make policies that free up more licensed and unlicensed spectrum to support emerging technologies and the growing digital economy. We urge the full Senate, in bipartisan fashion, to quickly confirm Mr. Redl so he may get to work leading this important agency.”
